At Vitality Salon Cooperative, our goal is to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident, cared for, and supported. Because all services involve time, professional expertise, and personalized attention, we do not offer refunds on services. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we’re committed to making things right.
Service Adjustment Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly provide a complimentary adjustment to address the concern, as long as:

The request aligns with the original service booked

The desired outcome is realistically achievable given your hair history, health, and maintenance

The adjustment is approved by your stylist
Please note:
A service adjustment does not include changing the original service request (example: asking to be blonder after requesting a subtle refresh).
No Refunds on Services
We do not issue monetary refunds for completed services.
This policy aligns with industry standards and ensures fairness to our stylists who dedicate their time, expertise, and product to each appointment.
Retail Product Returns
We accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused retail products within 14 days of purchase.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Non-Refundable Deposits
Any deposit paid to secure a service — including but not limited to specialty color sessions, extensions, corrective services, or multi-hour appointments — is non-refundable.
Deposits may be applied toward a future appointment at the stylist’s discretion.
Cancellation & No-Show Fees
Fees assessed under our Cancellation Policy are not refundable under any circumstances.
