1. Appointment Booking
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, and payment information (when required).
Certain services may require a credit card on file or non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.
All bookings are also subject to our Cancellation Policy.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
By scheduling a service, you acknowledge and agree to our full Cancellation Policy, which may include charges for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or for missed appointments.
These fees are non-refundable.
3. Service Satisfaction & Adjustments
We do not offer refunds on services.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, you may request a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of your appointment, provided the request aligns with the original service performed.

4. Payments
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
We accept the payment methods listed in the salon and on our booking page.
Taxes may apply to products and services.
Any outstanding balances, including cancellation fees, may be charged to the card on file.
5. Retail Product Purchases
Retail product purchases are subject to our Retail Return Policy:

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days.

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
6. Gift Cards & Credits
Gift cards and salon credits:
