Cancellation Policy

Nobody likes a no-show. When appointments are forgotten or cancelled close to the scheduled time, our stylists lose the opportunity to fill that spot and other clients miss out. For the benefit and respect of all our guests and professionals, appointment bookings with Vitality Salon Cooperative are subject to the following terms:
24 hours or more before your appointment
You may cancel or modify your appointment free of charge.
Less than 24 hours before your appointment
You may be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) plus applicable taxes.
No-show or uncanceled appointments
You may be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) plus applicable taxes.
Appointments booked within 24 hours
Appointments made inside the 24-hour window are still subject to this cancellation policy.
Appointment Reminders
To ensure a complete experience, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Guests who arrive late may still be charged the full service amount, even if the remaining time does not allow for the full service to be completed.
